Qualifications & experience

MBA, University of Colombo; National Diploma in Quality & Productivity Improvement, NIBM; Diploma in Business Management, Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL). External Lecturer, University of Moratuwa (2008–present). Graduate and postgraduate studies in management systems, quality and Lean practices. Lead Auditor / Lead Implementor: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and ISO 21001. Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA / CQI, UK); Senior Systems Consultant in Toyota Production Systems, Japanese 5S, Kaizen, TPM and process improvement. Certified Japanese 5S Trainer (JASTECA); Certified Business Coach.
